Not Available via API
Refunds are not currently available via the API. If you need to process a refund, please contact support through your merchant dashboard.
Overview
Refunds allow you to return funds to customers for completed payments. Currently, refunds must be processed through the merchant dashboard or by contacting support.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Merchant Dashboard
- Navigate to the payment you want to refund
- Contact support or use the dashboard interface to process the refund
Refund Processing Time
- PromptPay: Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds may take 1-3 business days depending on the bank
Refund Policies
- Only payments with status
succeededcan be refunded - Full or partial refunds are supported
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
